CoachMe is built on the principle of Privacy by Design. Your inspiration is your
business, not ours.
CoachMe runs entirely locally. No accounts, no telemetry, and no hidden analytics (like Firebase or Google Analytics). We don't even know when you open the app.
Everything is stored on your Mac using SwiftData and UserDefaults. Your custom images remain within the App's secure sandbox.
We use Apple's Unified Logging (OSLog) for diagnostics. All sensitive content (your card text and
file paths) is explicitly marked as <private>. This means it is automatically redacted and never
visible in system logs unless you are debugging the app yourself.
Automatic backups are created before major updates, but they never leave your machine. They are stored in your
Application Support folder and can be managed directly from the app settings.
The app does not communicate with any external servers. The only third-party interaction is with standard macOS services (like iCloud if you manually choose to sync your files).
